HYD_scs_inf(): Infiltration according to SCS

Calculate the total infiltration  according to Soil Conservation Soil (SCS).

  • P, accumulated precipitation.

Definition of variables:
  • p, accumulated preciptation;
  • cn2, curve number for AMCII;
  • amc, (1, 2 or 3).
